1. Who we are
Spark Foundry provides AI product imagery for lighting manufacturers through our online platform. You can reach us at hello@sparkfoundrygroup.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: names, business email addresses and organisation details of the people who use our platform.
- Customer content: product data, catalogue files and product images you upload, and the images and videos we generate from them.
- Usage information: records of what happens in your account, such as approvals, rejections and downloads, plus standard technical logs.
- Billing information: billing contact details and payment records. Card details are collected and held by Stripe, not by us.
3. How we use it
We use this information to provide our service: to generate and quality-check your images, show them in your client gallery, deliver your downloads, bill you, support you and keep the service secure. We do not use your content to advertise to you.
4. AI providers and other processors
To generate and check images, we send your product data and images to third-party AI model providers that process them on our behalf. We also use service providers for hosting, file storage, sign-in, email and payments. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. These providers may only use the information to provide their services to us.
5. We do not sell your data
We do not sell or rent your personal information or your content to anyone.
6. Retention
We keep your account information and content while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and billing obligations. You can ask us to delete your content by emailing hello@sparkfoundrygroup.com.
7. Security
We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you without undue delay if a breach affects your data.
8. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
